There's plenty of free parking in downtown Atascadero! You'll find parking spaces in front of local businesses, around the Sunken Gardens, by Atascadero's Historic City Hall, or along El Camino Real (the main road through downtown).

Parking may be a little tricky for bigger downtown events, so we recommend coming early to secure the best parking spots!

The Atascadero Farmers Market runs every Wednesday afternoon at the Sunken Gardens on East Mall in downtown Atascadero (by Historic City Hall). Hours are 3:00–5:30 PM from mid-March through October and 3:00–5:00 PM in fall and winter, starting in November. It's a great chance to shop for fresh, local ingredients and meet the farmer who grew it!
The market is operated by North County Farmers Markets. (EBT cards are welcome.)
